Uploading process
To upload entities to the Auto Dialer campaign, use one of two options:
- Upload selected entities: select the required items using the checkboxes, and then click "Upload".

2. Download filtered contacts: if you have applied a filter, the system will download only those contacts that meet the specified criteria. If there is no filter, all available contacts are downloaded.
The "Upload" button is always active, allowing you to choose a convenient way to add contacts depending on your needs.

Next, you will need to select:
- the desired campaign;
- a specific list.

After clicking the "Save" button, the selected CRM entities will be added to the Auto Dialer campaign (if they have a phone number).
Filter and pagination
If necessary, you can filter leads, contacts, or companies by specified criteria.

Please note that only the leads, contacts, and companies that are currently displayed on the page are considered selected. If you need to upload more entities than are currently displayed on the screen, click the appropriate button.

Displaying CRM entities after a call
After starting a call from the Auto Dialer campaign for dialer leads that are associated with CRM entities, the card of this entity automatically opens in a few seconds. After the call is completed, the "Call Results" window appears on the right.
